I came into real estate in 1998 with a background in accounting, lobbying and public speaking. A very successful Top Producer, Certified Residential Specialist, 2008 President Rogue Valley Association of REALTORS, Lifetime Member of RVAR Million Dollar Club, Century 21 "Agent of the Year" 2000-2003, Women's Council of REALTORS Governor 2008 and President 2003. Currently serving as RVAR New Member Orientation and Ethics Teacher, I am involved in the community, serving on the Central Point Chamber of Commerce as well as many other service groups and activities. I enjoy spending time with my clients, getting to know them and working my magic in matching client needs/wants with available homes. It's my job to know the market, what's listed, what's selling, property values, what kind of financing will work best for the buyer and the property and to keep my clients informed at all times.


How I Work on Your Behalf

 

Counsel clients before looking at homes.

 

Provide a list of reputable lenders

 

Familiarize buyers with earnest money forms before making an offer

 

Provide a list of all suitable and available properties for a preliminary drive by (if requested) my preference is to assist with a laptop and look at all the properties prior to leaving the office.

 

Keep clients apprised of any new listings that come on the market that fit their criteria.

 

Notify clients of price changes on properties previously viewed and considered.

 

At Offer Time

 

Review the current county tax assessment

 

Compare subject property with similar recent home listings, pendings and sales (CMA)

 

Help clients establish their asking/sales price

 

Complete the sales agreement forms (Earnest Money Agreement/EMA)

 

Provide copies of all disclosure forms relating to the property

 

Collect Earnest money

 

Present your offer to the sellers agent

 

Promptly communicate back with the response

 

Assist clients if there is a counter offer

 

Monitor escrow

 

Schedule and attend all inspections

 

Provide copies of the inspections and review them with the clients

 

Keep the client aware of the escrow progression

 

Attend the closing with the clients.

 

Call the buyer when escrow records and deliver the keys.

 

Meet with the new homeowner in their new home at their convenience and ask if I may be of further assistance.
